- Support the development and execution of the omnichannel strategy, ensuring a seamless customer experience across e-commerce platforms, physical boutiques, and digital channels.
- Collaborate with retail teams to integrate online and in-boutique clienteling initiatives, including appointments, ship-from-store, click-and-collect, and online-to-offline product reservations.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, managing product listings, content updates, merchandising, product activation, content translation, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of product information, gifting, and promotions.
- Monitor site performance and user experience, resolving technical issues to maintain a luxury brand identity.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Manage product delivery, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a smooth client process.
- Implement strategies to minimize out-of-stock situations and maximize product availability.
- Act as a point of contact for e-commerce client inquiries, maintaining high service standards.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Prepare and present performance reports, providing insights and recommendations.
- Serve as a central point of contact between PR, media, retail, and customer service teams to align on omnichannel goals.
- 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or an omnichannel role, preferably within the luxury, fashion, or beauty industry.
- Proven understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and stock management platforms like Cegid.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Analytics, and other digital tools is a plus.
2-5 years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or omnichannel roles, preferably within the luxury, fashion, or beauty sectors.
