Christian Dior E-Business Performance Analyst Intern

- Assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rate, and sales across regions and product categories.
- Utilize dashboards and analytical tools to provide actionable recommendations for optimizing E-commerce purchase journeys.
- Support the preparation of weekly and daily E-commerce performance communications for various teams.
- Conduct in-depth ad-hoc studies and benchmarks to address specific regional issues.
- Assist in defining sales forecasts by zone and product category, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Support the monthly sales forecast process by analyzing business trends and improving forecast accuracy.
- Contribute to defining the E-commerce open-to-buy (OTB) in collaboration with central E-Merchandising and Business Planning teams.
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program (Bac+4/5) in Business, Finance, or Controlling.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and proactively.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills with a strong interest in numbers.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for thriving in an international team.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Understanding of digital activities and E-commerce.
- Fluency in English.
- Familiarity with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI is advantageous.
No prior experience required, although experience in the luxury industry is a plus.
Master’s degree program (Bac+4/5) in Business, Finance, or Controlling.
