Christian Dior E-Business Performance Analyst Intern

- Assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rate, and sales across regions and product categories.
- Utilize dashboards and analytical tools to provide actionable recommendations for optimizing E-commerce purchase journeys.
- Support the preparation of weekly and daily communications on E-commerce performance for various teams.
- Conduct in-depth ad-hoc studies and benchmarks to address specific regional issues.
- Assist in defining sales forecasts by zone and product category, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Support the monthly sales forecast process by analyzing business trends and improving forecast accuracy.
- Contribute to the definition of the E-commerce open-to-buy (OTB) in collaboration with central E-Merchandising and Business Planning teams.
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program (Bac+4/5) in Business, Finance, or Controlling.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills with a strong interest in numbers.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Good understanding of digital activities and E-commerce.
- Fluent in English.
- Interpersonal skills for thriving in an international team.
- Ability to work autonomously with high proactivity.
- Understanding of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Power BI is a plus.
Beginner level experience, with prior exposure to the luxury industry considered advantageous.
Master’s degree program (Bac+4/5) in Business, Finance, or Controlling.
