1. Assist in organizing and tracking inventory transfers and rebalancing between boutiques, markets, and E-Commerce.
2. Support the review and execution of special inventory requests from boutiques and E-Commerce, such as events and urgent needs.
3. Assist in monitoring upcoming deliveries and inventory levels, and help update basic tracking files and reports.
4. Assist in preparing and publishing regular operational reports and support ad-hoc data extraction when needed.
5. Support day-to-day operational tasks related to rebalancing, stock reversals, special events, or new store openings.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, or a related field.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
2. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
4. Good communication skills in English for both written and verbal.
5. Proactive and eager to learn about supply chain operations.

Beginner level experience in a related field is required.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, or a related field.
