Christian Dior Distribution Planner

- Develop and monitor distribution plans for leather goods, considering seasonality, available stock, and the specificities of the Middle East region.
- Analyze distribution performance metrics such as AVR and coverage, identify areas for improvement, and propose corrective actions.
- Ensure optimal stock allocation during shortages.
- Coordinate seasonal product launches to ensure high availability rates at launch dates.
- Monitor stock levels across stores, flag potential risks of stock-outs or overstocking, and implement corrective measures.
- Contribute to the optimization of stock management parameters, including VM minimums and anticipation of sales peaks.
- Collaborate with central teams, merchandising, VM, logistics, and customer service to ensure end-to-end supply chain consistency.
- Prepare regular reports on distribution performance, stock levels, and seasonal launch follow-ups.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Propose and implement process improvements as part of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of experience in the retail or logistics industry, including distribution planning
- Proficiency in systems and data management (Excel, Anaplan, Power BI)
- Fluency in English in a professional context
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
- Strong communication skills
- Reliability, rigor, and adaptability
Minimum of 5 years in a relevant field.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain or related disciplines.
