1. Develop and monitor distribution plans for leather goods, considering seasonality, available stock, and the specificities of the Middle East region.
2. Analyze distribution performance metrics such as AVR and coverage, identify areas for improvement, and propose corrective actions.
3. Ensure optimal stock allocation during shortages.
4. Coordinate seasonal product launches to ensure high availability rates at launch dates.
5. Monitor stock levels across stores, flag potential risks of stock-outs or overstocking, and implement corrective measures.
6. Contribute to the optimization of stock management parameters, including VM minimums and anticipation of sales peaks.
7. Collaborate with central teams, merchandising, VM, logistics, and customer service to ensure end-to-end supply chain consistency.
8. Prepare regular reports on distribution performance, stock levels, and seasonal launch follow-ups.
9. Conduct ad hoc analyses to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
10. Propose and implement process improvements as part of continuous improvement initiatives.

1. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain or related disciplines
2. At least 3 years of experience in the retail or logistics industry, including distribution planning

1. Proficiency in systems and data management (Excel, Anaplan, Power BI)
2. Fluency in English in a professional context
3. Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
4. Strong communication skills
5. Reliability, rigor, and adaptability

Minimum of 5 years in a relevant field.

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain or related disciplines.
