Christian Dior Distribution Manager for Watches & Jewelry

- Lead, develop, and motivate a team member, ensuring their integration and performance monitoring.
- Challenge existing processes and information systems, proposing enhancements to optimize team performance and organization.
- Deploy appropriate tools and support IT evolutions, including system transitions such as Anaplan and Power BI.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) like retail fill rate, AVR, stock coverage, and buybacks.
- Develop dashboards and reports to oversee the overall supply chain performance.
- Implement the Supply Chain strategy to meet market demand, enhance competitiveness, and ensure product availability.
- Analyze distribution network performance and stock levels, recommending distribution strategies considering production constraints and global stock levels.
- Ensure product availability across the network, collaborating with regional teams, especially for new product launches.
- Manage product availability alerts and communicate stock shortages to stakeholders.
- Oversee safety stock levels with regional and local industrial teams, monitor product obsolescence, and implement corrective actions.
- Handle daily supply chain emergencies.
- Review stock models based on global zone/store performance.
- Coordinate new product launches, ensuring availability in appropriate quantities and locations, and develop distribution strategies for constrained launches.
- Ensure optimal product representation on the network, in line with merchandising network strategy.
- Provide personalized follow-up with marketing, production, and markets for customer orders.
- Engage stakeholders weekly on the follow-up of priority pieces and share potential alerts/delays with zones.
- Optimize the tracking tool.
- Advanced degree (Bac +4/5) from an engineering school or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, excluding internships and apprenticeships.
- Proficiency with information systems and handling cross-referenced data (Excel, Power BI); knowledge of an ERP (M3, SAP) is advantageous.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, in a professional context.
- Meticulous attention to detail and dynamic approach.
- Comfortable with numbers and data analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities for teamwork and adaptability.
- Reliability, rigor, and adaptability with a willingness to contribute beyond direct responsibilities.
- Ability to synthesize information and identify key insights.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, excluding internships and apprenticeships.
Advanced degree (Bac +4/5) from an engineering school or equivalent.
