1. Develop and implement comprehensive workforce management strategies to optimize staffing levels and ensure operational efficiency.
2. Lead the workforce planning process, including forecasting, scheduling, and real-time management of workforce resources.
3. Lead process improvement projects utilizing Lean & Six Sigma tools and philosophies.
4. Utilize data analytics to monitor and analyze workforce performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
5. Collaborate with department heads and HR to understand staffing needs and develop solutions to address workforce challenges.
6. Partner with functional teams to ensure workforce management processes align with business ambitions, company policies, and labor regulations.
7. Implement and maintain workforce management systems and tools to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
8. Provide leadership and guidance to the workforce management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
9. Prepare and present reports on workforce metrics, performance, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.

1. Minimum of 9+ years of experience in workforce management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
2. Experience leading and participating in process improvement projects, preferably with Lean / Six Sigma certifications (Green/Black Belt).
3. Strong knowledge of workforce management principles, practices, and tools.
4. Proficiency in workforce management software and data analytics.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
6. Flexibility to respond to unexpected challenges and opportunities.
7. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
9. High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in workforce planning and scheduling.
10. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
11. Ability to work a full-time schedule including varied hours/days including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Minimum of 10 years in workforce management, with significant leadership experience.

Salary range of $145,000 - $160,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.
