1. Design and implement a procurement operating model for the Americas.
2. Define governance, policies, approval flows, and sourcing standards.
3. Build category strategies and supplier segmentation.
4. Create spend visibility and controls across all business units.
5. Lead strategic sourcing and competitive bidding across major spend categories.
6. Deliver measurable savings and cost avoidance.
7. Renegotiate key supplier contracts.
8. Eliminate maverick spending and establish disciplined buying practices.
9. Lead commercial negotiations and establish strategic supplier partnerships.
10. Ensure contracts reflect best market terms and manage vendor performance.
11. Partner with various departments to support retail and growth initiatives.
12. Implement procurement tools, catalogs, and reporting dashboards.

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Supply Chain.
2. Experience in retail, luxury, fashion, consumer goods, or multi-site operations preferred.
3. Proven track record of building or transforming a procurement function.
4. Strong background in indirect spend management.

2. Highly analytical with strong financial acumen.
3. Ability to operate within complex, matrixed, international organizations.
4. Expertise in contract, sourcing, and vendor management.
5. Comfortable working with senior leadership and challenging the status quo.

A minimum of 10 years in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Supply Chain, with a preference for experience in retail, luxury, fashion, consumer goods, or multi-site operations. A proven track record in building or transforming procurement functions is essential.

Annual salary range of $150k – $165k, plus bonus eligibility, dependent on skills and experience.
