Christian Dior Director of Procurement

- Design and implement a procurement operating model for the Americas.
- Define governance, policies, approval flows, and sourcing standards.
- Build category strategies and supplier segmentation.
- Create spend visibility and controls across all business units.
- Lead strategic sourcing and competitive bidding across major spend categories.
- Deliver measurable savings and cost avoidance.
- Renegotiate key supplier contracts.
- Eliminate maverick spending and establish disciplined buying practices.
- Lead commercial negotiations and establish strategic supplier partnerships.
- Ensure contracts reflect best market terms and manage vendor performance.
- Partner with various departments to support retail and growth initiatives.
- Implement procurement tools, catalogs, and reporting dashboards.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Supply Chain.
- Experience in retail, luxury, fashion, consumer goods, or multi-site operations preferred.
- Proven track record of building or transforming a procurement function.
- Strong background in indirect spend management.
- Elite negotiation skills with a partnership-oriented approach.
- Highly analytical with strong financial acumen.
- Ability to operate within complex, matrixed, international organizations.
- Expertise in contract, sourcing, and vendor management.
- Comfortable working with senior leadership and challenging the status quo.
A minimum of 10 years in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Supply Chain, with a preference for experience in retail, luxury, fashion, consumer goods, or multi-site operations. A proven track record in building or transforming procurement functions is essential.
Annual salary range of $150k – $165k, plus bonus eligibility, dependent on skills and experience.
