Christian Dior Director of Industrial Performance

1. Lead the Dior Live transformation program in manufacturing, collaborating with the Leather Goods & Footwear Industrial Division, focusing on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Planning (MPS & MRP), Manufacturing (ERP), Supplier Collaboration, and Performance (BI).
2. Drive continuous improvement of existing processes and tools.
3. Act as a liaison for the Sustainable Development Department within the RTW Industrial Division, promoting awareness through training and newsletters.
4. Monitor and analyze sustainability KPIs, including the percentage of certified materials and eco-designed products.
5. Contribute to the Traceability & Authentication program as the Epic owner of 'Map & Trace' and 'Source Tagging RTW'.
6. Coordinate strategic presentations, including budget presentations and three-year plans for the group.
7. Manage a team of project managers.

1. Minimum of 15 years of operational and managerial experience in a similar role within the Ready-to-Wear sector.
2. Fluent in English, French, and Italian.

2. Strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
3. Proven ability to lead change, communicate, and persuade.

Minimum of 10 years in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
