1. Support the Product Manager team in daily tasks to deploy updates for end users in stores.
2. Update user guides in line with application developments and new feature rollouts.
3. Coordinate and track the department's activity calendar, providing detailed insights into activations, rollouts, and events.
4. Draft, distribute, and monitor communications to boutiques, countries, and zones related to pilot projects.
5. Extract key data and monitor the adoption of application features in collaboration with team members.

1. Strong interest in digital tools and methodologies.

3. Organized, methodical, and meticulous.

5. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian, Chinese, or Japanese is advantageous.
