Christian Dior Digital Project Manager Assistant Intern

- Support global e-commerce projects, focusing on enhancing post-purchase customer experience on Dior.com through services like gifting, packaging, and product personalization.
- Conduct market research and comparative analyses of digital and omnichannel solutions, leveraging social media for insights and trends.
- Coordinate with studio teams, clienteling, supply chain, local markets, and vendors to ensure strategic alignment and project execution from concept development to creative briefing.
- Prepare weekly NPS analysis reports and data dashboards using Power BI, identifying areas for service feature improvements and ongoing iteration.
- Assist managers with ongoing digital transformation projects, collaborating closely with team members on execution tasks.
- University degree, business school, or fashion school education (Master's level preferred).
- Client-oriented with retail experience preferred.
- Consulting experience is advantageous.
- Previous experience in fashion is beneficial.
- Understanding of digital needs and processes.
- Creativity, adaptability, and agility.
- Innovative mindset with curiosity and eagerness to learn and develop.
- Ability to work autonomously, proactively, and offer solutions.
- Teamwork capability in an international context.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with French as a plus.
- Proficiency in Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Creative skills in Photoshop and Figma are appreciated.
- Proficiency in Power BI is a plus.
- Artistic sensitivity and attention to detail are advantageous.
Beginner level experience is acceptable.
University degree, business school, or fashion school (Master's level preferred).
