Christian Dior Digital Project Manager Assistant Intern

- Support global e-commerce projects including gift services, packaging and unboxing experiences, clienteling activations, and product personalization to enhance post-purchase customer experience on Dior.com.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking of digital and omnichannel solutions, leveraging social media for inspiration and staying informed.
- Coordinate between studio teams, clienteling, supply chain, local markets, and suppliers for strategic alignment and project execution from concept development to creative briefing.
- Prepare weekly NPS analysis reports and data dashboards via Power BI for launched projects, identifying improvements for service features and continuous iteration.
- Assist managers with ongoing digital transformation projects and execution tasks, collaborating closely with various team members.
- Enrollment in a University, Business School, or Fashion School (Master's level is a plus).
- Client-oriented with retail experience preferred.
- Consulting experience is advantageous.
- Previous experience in fashion is a plus.
- Understanding of digital needs and processes.
- Creativity, adaptability, and agility.
- Willingness to innovate, curiosity, and eagerness to learn and develop.
- Ability to work autonomously, proactively, and offer suggestions.
- Teamwork skills in an international context.
- Excellent written and spoken English; French is a plus.
- Proficiency in Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Creative skills in Photoshop and Figma are appreciated.
- Proficiency in Power BI is a plus.
- Artistic sensitivity and attention to detail are a plus.
Beginner
