Christian Dior Digital Marketing & Media Trainee

- Coordinate the allocation of creative assets across media platforms including print, digital, social, and outdoor.
- Oversee production timelines, trackers, and approval processes for media placements.
- Manage invoices and the billing process efficiently.
- Compile competitive analysis reports across markets and media types.
- Communicate with the Paris office for project coordination and new media opportunities.
- Update media plans using the Mediayours tool.
- Review media authorizations prior to management approval.
- Organize reporting documents and maintain the media library.
- Review and preview social media plans across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
- Contribute to the creation of 360 media decks and executive presentations.
- Perform occasional administrative tasks.
- At least 6 months of prior experience in a related field.
- Available to work full-time from July 2026 through July 2027.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of the luxury fashion industry.
- Aptitude for working with numbers and data analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive with strong follow-through and follow-up practices.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
At least 6 months of prior experience in digital marketing or a related field is required.
The position offers a salary of $20 per hour, with potential eligibility for the company's medical benefits plan, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
