1. Assist the Digital Learning Manager in managing the Mobile Learning platform, ensuring seamless operation with partner agencies.
2. Administer the back office of the application to maintain accurate and reliable KPI tracking.
3. Coordinate and manage the publication calendar across various Dior Academy divisions.
4. Monitor and analyze training performance indicators, distributing a Reporting Newsletter to the global Trainers community.
5. Support and engage the international community of trainers, implementing actions to enhance their involvement.
6. Develop innovative digital training content in collaboration with partner agencies.

1. Currently pursuing or completed a Master's degree in Business or Digital fields.
2. Proficiency in common IT tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, with mandatory expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Fluency in English is essential.
