1. Assist in the daily activities of the Digital Communication department, focusing on innovation projects such as AR/VR, 3D, and Gaming.
2. Manage and share AR production schedules.
3. Support the creation of creative briefs.
4. Coordinate with internal business units and external AR agencies.
5. Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking.
6. Assist in the coordination and execution of live streaming fashion shows.
7. Collaborate with the Earned & Social Media team, Dior.com, Asian markets, and external providers for live streaming events.
8. Support the development of graphic content.
9. Prepare reports and analyze results.
10. Aid in the development of 360° monthly strategic reports and collection/product launch reports.

1. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with strong proficiency in French.
2. Good understanding of digital platforms and social media.
3. Highly organized, meticulous, and proactive.
4. Passionate about the luxury fashion industry, motivated, and committed.
5. Background in business, communication, or art school.
6. Quick learner with excellent teamwork skills.
7. Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
8. Previous experience in community management or social media is preferred.
