1. Bac+2 from a higher education institution.
2. Previous experience in luxury sectors such as client service, boutiques, hotels, or concierge.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
2. Knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous.
3. Fluency in English and an additional language at C2 level (French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese, Arabic).
4. Strong sales negotiation skills.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
6. Flexibility to work a varied schedule.
7. Client-first mindset.
