1. Provide a positive, courteous, and pleasant client experience by incorporating core brand values and integrity throughout each interaction.
2. Consistently deliver a highly professional approach and outstanding service to resolve client issues, communicating effectively and with empathy via phone, email, social media, and written correspondence.
3. Escalate client issues requiring further resources to the appropriate supervisor to ensure satisfactory resolution.
4. Ensure all client communications align with Dior policies and processes.
5. Demonstrate and share brand awareness, storytelling, and product knowledge when communicating with clients.
6. Pay attention to personalization actions to enrich customer relationships.
7. Monitor and update customer information using Dior tools to retain current customers and identify new high-potential ones.
8. Drive to achieve and exceed planned KPIs such as sales, clienteling, and client experience.
9. Recommend new and innovative approaches to address client concerns and share successful ideas within the team and department.
10. Develop excellent working relationships within the Dior network.

1. Bac+2 required from a higher education institution
2. Previous experience in luxury client service, boutiques, hotels, or concierge

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office
2. Salesforce knowledge is a plus
3. Strong sales negotiation skills
4. Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing tasks
5. Able to work a varied schedule
6. Clear demonstration of a client-first mindset
7. Fluency in English and an additional language such as French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese, or Arabic at C2 level

Entry-level experience in luxury client service, boutiques, hotels, or concierge.

Bac+2 required from a higher education institution.
