Christian Dior Digital Acquisition & Conversion Analyst Intern

- Assist the Digital Acquisition & Conversion team in managing the digital customer journey on Dior.com through the deployment and management of acquisition campaigns.
- Analyze user journeys using tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Contentsquare to optimize performance.
- Coordinate and implement Paid Search campaigns, including text proposals and product list coordination, across various regions including Americas, EMEA, Japan, and APAC.
- Update support documents and create performance reports.
- Provide operational support in monitoring and analyzing the performance of Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns.
- Utilize dashboards and online user journey analysis tools to identify friction points and recommend actions to enhance e-commerce conversion efficiency.
- Share key performance insights with digital teams weekly and track proposed actions.
- Propose new analysis angles through regular audits, benchmarks, and in-depth studies.
- Coordinate projects, track performance, and optimize Marketing Automation tools.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field with a specialization in Digital preferred.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with a keen interest in numbers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for thriving in an international environment.
- Familiarity with the luxury industry, digital activities, and e-commerce is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Contentsquare.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for sharing insights and recommendations.
Entry-level position suitable for candidates with a strong academic background and relevant internship experience.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field with a specialization in Digital preferred.
