1. Assist the Development Team in managing the development of Access and Medium Jewelry collections.
2. Support the Project Manager in the creation and fabrication of prototypes for ongoing collections.
3. Update development tracking tools daily, including prototype reception and validation dates, and cost summaries.
4. Coordinate daily with all development stakeholders regarding pieces.
5. Assist in drafting debriefs for workshops with the Project Manager.
6. Capture images of elements in development, such as resins and metal tests.
7. Create prototype orders and record and analyze cost estimates.
8. Disseminate specific internal information about pieces, including prototype delivery timelines, cost estimates, craftsmanship details, and dimensions.
9. Aid in the archiving of prototypes, including order settlement, photography of delivered pieces, and organization and classification of pieces.
10. Set up tracking tools for showrooms, including listings of expected pieces with delivery timelines and cost confirmations.
11. Monitor the progress of piece fabrication with workshops.
12. Regularly update internal stakeholders on timelines and cost estimates.
13. Coordinate with the Marketing department upon receipt of pieces.

1. Enrollment in a Business or Engineering School (Master's level).
