1. Develop and optimize sales by attracting new clients and enhancing client loyalty.
2. Coordinate in-store and local events to strengthen brand presence.
3. Monitor sales reports and manage stock levels to ensure optimal merchandise availability.
4. Oversee window displays and maintain high standards for in-store merchandising.
5. Increase sales performance and conversion rates through effective team management.
6. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure clientele development.
7. Conduct store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, and product knowledge.
8. Provide regular reports and analyses to drive business initiatives.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, including security and record-keeping.

1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in luxury retail management.
2. Fluency in Dutch and English; a third language is advantageous.
