Christian Dior Department Manager

- Collaborate closely with the Boutique Manager to set the annual strategic plan and prepare annual budgets.
- Track daily sales against monthly and annual targets, taking necessary actions to meet objectives.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of marketing activities in conjunction with the Marketing Manager.
- Manage, engage, and guide the department team, setting objectives and budgets to ensure their accomplishment.
- Coach, train, and mentor team members to achieve their objectives.
- 5+ years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a management role within a luxury product setting.
- Fluency in German and English; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Sense of initiative and commercial creativity.
- Fashion sense and good knowledge of the luxury industry.
A minimum of 5 years in retail, with at least 2 years in management, preferably within the luxury sector.
