1. Collaborate closely with the Boutique Manager to set the annual strategic plan and prepare annual budgets.
2. Track daily sales against monthly and annual targets, taking necessary actions to meet objectives.
3. Develop and oversee the implementation of marketing activities in conjunction with the Marketing Manager.
4. Manage, engage, and guide the department team, setting objectives and budgets to ensure their accomplishment.
5. Coach, train, and mentor team members to achieve their objectives.

1. 5+ years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a management role within a luxury product setting.
2. Fluency in German and English; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.

2. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
3. Sense of initiative and commercial creativity.
4. Fashion sense and good knowledge of the luxury industry.

A minimum of 5 years in retail, with at least 2 years in management, preferably within the luxury sector.
