1. Lead and motivate the team to achieve exceptional sales results.
2. Develop team talent by enhancing their skills and managing day-to-day operations.
3. Ensure team quality in terms of uniform, grooming, and service standards.
4. Support recruitment and integration of new team members.
5. Conduct product and sales training to optimize mystery shopping results and provide regular feedback to the Boutique Manager.
6. Set objectives and conduct regular individual evaluations to improve team business understanding.
7. Drive sales performance by setting targets and motivating the sales team through meetings and feedback.
8. Conduct spot coaching as needed and set product category targets, implementing corrective measures when necessary.
9. Enhance cross-selling and synergy within the boutique through positive communication.
10. Optimize sell-through by liaising with the Boutique Manager and Merchandiser.
11. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the upkeep of the selling space and brand image.
12. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall turnover.
13. Contribute to global team performance by being a role model and achieving personal sales targets.
14. Welcome clients and create an exceptional customer experience through a multisensory selling style.
15. Manage customer relations, ensuring client details are updated and participating in boutique events.
16. Develop a strong clientele base with high potential profiles for sales.

1. Diploma or higher education qualification

1. Detail-oriented and well-organized
2. Numerically sensitive
3. Self-motivated and proactive
4. Strong leadership and communication skills
5. Ability to work under pressure
6. Proficiency in English and Mandarin
7. Excel proficiency

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience at a supervisory level in the luxury retail industry.

Diploma or above
