Christian Dior Department Manager

- Lead and motivate the team to achieve exceptional sales results.
- Develop team talent by enhancing their skills and managing day-to-day operations.
- Ensure team quality in terms of uniform, grooming, and service standards.
- Support recruitment and integration of new team members.
- Conduct product and sales training to optimize mystery shopping results and provide regular feedback to the Boutique Manager.
- Set objectives and conduct regular individual evaluations to improve team business understanding.
- Drive sales performance by setting targets and motivating the sales team through meetings and feedback.
- Conduct spot coaching as needed and set product category targets, implementing corrective measures when necessary.
- Enhance cross-selling and synergy within the boutique through positive communication.
- Optimize sell-through by liaising with the Boutique Manager and Merchandiser.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the upkeep of the selling space and brand image.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall turnover.
- Contribute to global team performance by being a role model and achieving personal sales targets.
- Welcome clients and create an exceptional customer experience through a multisensory selling style.
- Manage customer relations, ensuring client details are updated and participating in boutique events.
- Develop a strong clientele base with high potential profiles for sales.
- Diploma or higher education qualification
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Numerically sensitive
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Excel proficiency
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience at a supervisory level in the luxury retail industry.
Diploma or above
