- Lead and motivate the team to achieve exceptional sales results.

- Ensure team quality in terms of uniform, grooming, and service standards.
- Support recruitment and integration of new team members.
- Conduct product and sales training to optimize mystery shopping results.
- Set objectives and conduct regular individual evaluations to improve business understanding.
- Drive sales targets and KPIs through daily feedback and morning meetings.
- Conduct spot coaching and set product category targets, taking corrective measures as needed.
- Enhance cross-selling and synergy within the boutique through positive communication.
- Optimize sell-through by liaising with the Boutique Manager and Merchandiser.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and the boutique's image.
- Represent the brand image within the department and collaborate with other departments to improve turnover.
- Contribute to global team performance by being a role model and achieving personal sales.
- Welcome clients, identify their expectations, and encourage exploration of the Dior universe.
- Lead in creating an exceptional customer experience through a multisensory selling style.
- Transmit passion for the brand and manage customer service within the department.
- Develop a strong clientele base and manage customer details for effective clienteling.
- Participate actively in boutique events and manage customer service issues.
- Diploma or higher education
- Detail-oriented
- Well-organized
- Numerically sensitive
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Excel proficiency
Minimum 5 years of relevant supervisory experience in the luxury retail industry.
Diploma or above
