1. Lead and motivate the team to achieve exceptional sales results.
2. Develop team talents by enhancing their skills and managing day-to-day operations.
3. Ensure team quality in terms of uniform, grooming, and service standards.
4. Support recruitment and integration of new team members.
5. Conduct product and sales training to optimize mystery shopping results.
6. Set objectives and conduct regular individual evaluations to improve business understanding.
7. Drive sales targets and KPIs through daily feedback and morning meetings.
8. Conduct spot coaching and set product category targets, taking corrective measures as needed.
9. Enhance cross-selling and synergy within the boutique through positive communication.
10. Optimize sell-through by liaising with the Boutique Manager and Merchandiser.
11. Maintain visual merchandising standards and the boutique's image.
12. Represent the brand image within the department and collaborate with other departments to improve turnover.
13. Contribute to global team performance by being a role model and achieving personal sales.
14. Welcome clients, identify their expectations, and encourage exploration of the Dior universe.
15. Lead in creating an exceptional customer experience through a multisensory selling style.
16. Transmit passion for the brand and manage customer service within the department.
17. Develop a strong clientele base and manage customer details for effective clienteling.
18. Participate actively in boutique events and manage customer service issues.

1. Diploma or higher education

7. Proficiency in English and Mandarin
8. Excel proficiency

Minimum 5 years of relevant supervisory experience in the luxury retail industry.

Diploma or above
