- Lead and motivate the team to achieve exceptional sales results.
- Develop team talents by enhancing their skills and managing day-to-day department operations.
- Ensure team quality in terms of uniform, grooming, and service standards.
- Support recruitment efforts and manage the integration of new team members.
- Conduct product and sales training to optimize mystery shopping results and provide feedback to the Boutique Manager.
- Set objectives for team members and conduct regular individual evaluations to enhance business understanding.
- Drive sales performance through morning meetings, daily feedback, and spot coaching.
- Set product category targets and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Enhance cross-selling and communication within the boutique to improve synergies.
- Optimize sell-through by collaborating with the Boutique Manager and Merchandiser.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and the boutique's image.
- Represent the brand image within the department and collaborate with other departments to improve turnover.
- Contribute to global team performance by being a role model and dedicating time to the shop floor to achieve personal sales.
- Welcome clients, identify their expectations, and encourage them to explore the boutique and the Dior universe.
- Lead in creating an exceptional customer experience through a multisensory selling style.
- Ensure accurate client detail retrieval and database usage for effective clientele management.
- Actively participate in boutique events and manage customer service within the department.
- Develop a strong clientele base with high potential for sales.
- Diploma or higher
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Numerically sensitive
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Excel proficiency
Minimum 5 years of relevant supervisory experience in the luxury retail industry.
Diploma or above
