- Welcome clients, identify their expectations, and encourage exploration of the boutique.
- Lead in creating an exceptional customer experience through a multisensory selling style.
- Ensure client details are updated and utilize the customer database for effective clienteling.
- Participate in boutique events and manage customer service within the department.
- Develop a strong clientele base with high potential profiles for sales.
- Diploma or higher education

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience at a supervisory level in the luxury retail industry.
