Christian Dior Department Manager

- Drive sales growth and client development in the boutique.
- Oversee performance management and achieve sales targets.
- Implement Christian Dior's commercial strategy.
- Ensure excellence in customer experience and service in the boutique.
- Manage disputes in accordance with the brand's commercial policy.
- Enhance customer loyalty.
- Monitor department performance through key indicators and propose action plans.
- Co-animate team objectives and motivate the team with daily briefings.
- Recruit, integrate, train, and develop team members.
- Ensure proper organization and stock management.
- Manage scheduling and enforce internal control procedures.
- Communicate management messages from the Boutique Director to the team.
- Relay team feedback to the Boutique Director.
- Conduct regular team reviews to maintain a positive social climate and high performance.
- Disseminate information from headquarters.
- Foster trust and collaboration with all boutique departments and European boutiques.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in team management within luxury and retail sectors.
- Strong initiative and commercial acumen.
- Sensitivity to fashion and product appeal.
- Advanced sense of service excellence and customer experience.
- Creativity and strong interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and follow-up capabilities.
- Fluent in French and English; a third language is advantageous.
