1. Drive sales growth and client development in the boutique.
2. Oversee performance management and achieve sales targets.
3. Implement Christian Dior's commercial strategy.
4. Ensure excellence in customer experience and service in the boutique.
5. Manage disputes in accordance with the brand's commercial policy.
6. Enhance customer loyalty.
7. Monitor department performance through key indicators and propose action plans.
8. Co-animate team objectives and motivate the team with daily briefings.
9. Recruit, integrate, train, and develop team members.
10. Ensure proper organization and stock management.
11. Manage scheduling and enforce internal control procedures.
12. Communicate management messages from the Boutique Director to the team.
13. Relay team feedback to the Boutique Director.
14. Conduct regular team reviews to maintain a positive social climate and high performance.
15. Disseminate information from headquarters.
16. Foster trust and collaboration with all boutique departments and European boutiques.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in team management within luxury and retail sectors.
2. Strong initiative and commercial acumen.
3. Sensitivity to fashion and product appeal.
4. Advanced sense of service excellence and customer experience.
5. Creativity and strong interpersonal skills.
6. Organizational and follow-up capabilities.
7. Fluent in French and English; a third language is advantageous.
