- Drive commercial performance and revenue growth while expanding the client base.
- Oversee performance management and achievement of sales targets.
- Implement the commercial strategy of Christian Dior Couture.
- Ensure excellence in customer experience and service within the boutique, including client reception, sales, visual merchandising, and overall store presentation.
- Manage customer disputes in alignment with the brand's commercial policy.
- Enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, propose action plans, and ensure their deployment and follow-up.
- Co-lead team objectives and motivation through daily briefings.
- Develop the team through recruitment, integration, training, individual coaching, and development plans.
- Ensure proper organization and management of inventory and stock.
- Oversee scheduling and adherence to internal procedures and controls.
- Communicate managerial messages from the Boutique Director and Deputy to the team.
- Relay team feedback to the Boutique Director.
- Conduct regular team reviews in partnership with boutique management to maintain a positive social climate and high performance levels.
- Disseminate information from headquarters.
- Foster trustful and collaborative relationships with all boutique departments and European boutiques.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in team management within the luxury and retail sectors.
- Strong initiative and commercial acumen.
- Sensitivity to the fashion industry and a strong affinity for products.
- Developed sense of service excellence and customer experience in a boutique setting.
- Creativity and strong interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and follow-up capabilities.
- Fluency in French and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years in team management within the luxury and retail sectors is required.
