1. Drive commercial performance and revenue growth while expanding the client base.
2. Oversee performance management and achievement of sales targets.
3. Implement the commercial strategy of Christian Dior Couture.
4. Ensure excellence in customer experience and service within the boutique, including client reception, sales, visual merchandising, and overall store presentation.
5. Manage customer disputes in alignment with the brand's commercial policy.
6. Enhance customer loyalty and retention.
7. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, propose action plans, and ensure their deployment and follow-up.
8. Co-lead team objectives and motivation through daily briefings.
9. Develop the team through recruitment, integration, training, individual coaching, and development plans.
10. Ensure proper organization and management of inventory and stock.
11. Oversee scheduling and adherence to internal procedures and controls.
12. Communicate managerial messages from the Boutique Director and Deputy to the team.
13. Relay team feedback to the Boutique Director.
14. Conduct regular team reviews in partnership with boutique management to maintain a positive social climate and high performance levels.
15. Disseminate information from headquarters.
16. Foster trustful and collaborative relationships with all boutique departments and European boutiques.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in team management within the luxury and retail sectors.

2. Sensitivity to the fashion industry and a strong affinity for products.
3. Developed sense of service excellence and customer experience in a boutique setting.
4. Creativity and strong interpersonal skills.
5. Organizational and follow-up capabilities.
6. Fluency in French and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years in team management within the luxury and retail sectors is required.
