Christian Dior Department Manager

- Manage and coach the department team in collaboration with the Store Manager, focusing on talent development and performance evaluation.
- Lead team briefings, set goals, provide product training, and share feedback to enhance team performance.
- Foster a team spirit, motivate staff, and drive sales efficiency.
- Exemplify role model behavior in all interactions.
- Maximize sales results and performance indicators for product categories.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with local and international clients.
- Track, monitor, and communicate sales targets and KPIs.
- Act as a Dior Ambassador, embodying the brand's values for both customers and the store team.
- Coordinate and monitor product category performance, collaborating with the Retail Merchandiser to develop business strategies.
- Train the team on product knowledge and market trends.
- Participate in purchasing and restocking decisions with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
- Supervise stock management, organization, and inventory maximization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, charters, and procedures, instructing staff on correct operational practices.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
