1. Manage and coach the department team in collaboration with the Store Manager, focusing on talent development and performance evaluation.
2. Lead team briefings, set goals, provide product training, and share feedback to enhance team performance.

5. Maximize sales results and performance indicators for product categories.

9. Coordinate and monitor product category performance, collaborating with the Retail Merchandiser to develop business strategies.

11. Participate in purchasing and restocking decisions with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
12. Supervise stock management, organization, and inventory maximization.
13. Ensure compliance with company policies, charters, and procedures, instructing staff on correct operational practices.
