1. Manage and coach the team in collaboration with the Store Manager, focusing on talent development and performance evaluation.
2. Lead the department team through briefings, goal setting, product category training, and feedback sharing.
3. Foster team spirit while motivating and driving the team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
4. Maximize sales results and performance indicators for product categories.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
6. Track, monitor, and communicate sales targets and KPIs.
7. Act as a Dior Ambassador, embodying the brand's values and understanding its DNA.
8. Coordinate and monitor product category performance, collaborating with the Retail Merchandiser to develop business strategies.
9. Train the team on product knowledge and market trends.
10. Oversee purchasing, restocking, and stock management for specific categories.
11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, instructing staff on operating procedures.
