1. Lead sales and operations for Leather Goods product categories to achieve sales objectives.
2. Support and align with key business initiatives and product launches.
3. Strategize and implement action plans to meet performance standards and KPIs.
4. Develop sales strategies for designated product categories and client segments.
5. Monitor individual productivity, cross-selling, and client development.
6. Ensure adherence to company policies, HR, and security procedures.
7. Maintain inventory accuracy and set quantitative targets for inventory control.
8. Conduct coaching and performance reviews for store employees.
9. Attract, recruit, and retain a high-performing team.

1. 5+ years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in management within a luxury setting.
2. Strong knowledge of the luxury industry.
3. Demonstrated initiative and commercial creativity with a fashion sensitivity.
