Christian Dior Department Manager

- Collaborate closely with the Boutique Manager to set the annual strategic plan and prepare budgets.

- Manage, engage, and guide the department team, setting objectives and ensuring their accomplishment.
- Coach, train, and mentor team members to achieve their objectives.
- 5+ years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in management within a luxury product setting.
- Fluency in French and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organizational and management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercial creativity and a sense of initiative.
- A keen fashion sense and knowledge of the luxury industry.
A minimum of 10 years of experience is required, with a focus on retail and management in a luxury environment.
