1. Champion the Fine Jewelry & Timepieces category, ensuring optimal product mix, stock optimization, and purchasing plans tailored to the Kuwaiti market.
2. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute a calendar of activations that highlight Dior’s iconic creations and enhance brand desirability in Kuwait.
3. Work with the Division Manager and suppliers on strategic plans and negotiations, securing competitive commercial conditions and exclusive opportunities for Dior Kuwait.
4. Monitor daily sales performance in Fine Jewelry & Timepieces, implementing swift action plans to meet and exceed ambitious yearly targets.
5. Lead store openings, renovations, and luxury client spaces, ensuring environments reflect Dior’s prestige.
6. Strengthen partnerships with suppliers and watch/jewelry maisons, positioning Kuwait as a key market in the region.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
2. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a specialized team.
3. Strong understanding of the Fine Jewelry & Timepieces market and client expectations in Kuwait.
