2. Coordinate with area managers to optimize stock level usage.
3. Participate in the development of purchase plans.
4. Ensure adherence to established procedures for ordering and transfers.
5. Assist the Division Manager in defining the yearly strategic plan and preparing annual budgets.
6. Monitor daily sales against monthly and yearly targets, taking corrective actions as necessary.
7. Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, logistics, and merchandising for store openings, closures, and renovations.
8. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners to facilitate partnerships.
9. Attend managers' meetings to review shop performance and provide feedback to the Division Manager.
10. Ensure exemplary customer service standards.
11. Manage, engage, and guide the team, setting objectives and budgets for team members and ensuring their achievement.
12. Provide coaching and training to team members.
13. Identify and fulfill customer needs to meet and exceed expectations.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a management role, preferably in a luxury product setting such as Fine Jewellery.

1. Sense of initiative and commercial creativity with a fashion sensitivity.
2. Strong knowledge of the luxury industry.
3. Demonstrated ability to take initiative.
4. Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and management skills.

Minimum of 5 years in retail, with at least 2 years in management within a luxury setting.
