Christian Dior Department Manager - Fine Jewellery and Watches

- Oversee operations of the Fine Jewellery department within the boutique.
- Coordinate with area managers to optimize stock level usage.
- Participate in the development of purchase plans.
- Ensure adherence to established procedures for ordering and transfers.
- Assist the Division Manager in defining the yearly strategic plan and preparing annual budgets.
- Monitor daily sales against monthly and yearly targets, taking corrective actions as necessary.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, logistics, and merchandising for store openings, closures, and renovations.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners to facilitate partnerships.
- Attend managers' meetings to review shop performance and provide feedback to the Division Manager.
- Ensure exemplary customer service standards.
- Manage, engage, and guide the team, setting objectives and budgets for team members and ensuring their achievement.
- Provide coaching and training to team members.
- Identify and fulfill customer needs to meet and exceed expectations.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a management role, preferably in a luxury product setting such as Fine Jewellery.
- Sense of initiative and commercial creativity with a fashion sensitivity.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury industry.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and management skills.
Minimum of 5 years in retail, with at least 2 years in management within a luxury setting.
