1. Recruit, lead, motivate, and coach the team to achieve commercial success while ensuring exceptional client experience.

4. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the department's product offerings, including features, benefits, and trends.
5. Oversee the department's product assortment, ensuring optimal inventory levels and product presentation.
6. Drive sales performance by achieving set department sales targets and implementing effective sales strategies.
7. Collaborate with the Store Manager, other Department Managers, and operations teams to ensure compliance with store standards.
8. Ensure the highest level of client experience through exceptional storytelling and client engagement.
9. Monitor client feedback and implement necessary improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
10. Oversee operational processes within the department, including inventory management and maintaining efficient workflows.
11. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local laws and regulations.

1. Previous management experience in retail, ideally within the luxury goods sector.
2. Expertise in Women's & Men's Ready-to-Wear and Baby Apparel.
3. Fluency in a second language is preferred.

3. Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
4. Initiative and fashion sensitivity.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the retail sector, preferably in luxury goods.
