Christian Dior Department Manager

- Manage and coach the sales team in collaboration with the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager, focusing on talent development and performance evaluation.
- Lead the department team through briefings, goal setting, and product category training, fostering a team spirit to drive sales and efficiency.
- Maximize sales results and performance indicators for the assigned product categories, leveraging a deep understanding of luxury fashion.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with a portfolio of local and international clients, ensuring long-term trust and communication.
- Track, monitor, and communicate sales targets and KPIs, acting as a Dior Ambassador for both customers and the store team.
- Coordinate and monitor product category performance through analysis and reports, collaborating with the Retail Merchandiser to develop business strategies.
- Train the team on product knowledge and market trends, and participate in purchasing and restocking activities.
- Supervise stock management, organization, and inventory for the assigned categories.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, instructing and supervising staff in the correct execution of operating procedures.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail team management within the luxury sector.
