1. Oversee operations of the Accessories department within the boutique.
2. Collaborate with area managers to optimize stock level usage.
3. Participate in the development of purchase plans.
4. Ensure adherence to established procedures for ordering and transfers.
5. Assist the Division Manager in defining the yearly strategic plan and preparing budgets.
6. Engage in strategic meetings with suppliers and regional teams to negotiate commercial terms.
7. Monitor daily sales against monthly and yearly targets, taking corrective actions as needed.
8. Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, logistics, and merchandising for store openings, closures, and renovations.
9. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners to foster partnerships.
10. Attend managerial meetings to review shop performance and provide feedback to the Division Manager.
11. Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met.
12. Manage, engage, and guide the team, setting objectives and budgets for team members.
13. Coach and train team members to enhance their skills.
14. Identify and meet customer needs to exceed expectations.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a management role within a luxury product setting.

1. Initiative and commercial creativity with a strong fashion sense.
2. In-depth knowledge of the luxury industry.
3. Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and management skills.
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum 5 years of retail experience, preferably within a luxury setting such as fine jewelry, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
