1. Oversee operations of the Fine Jewellery department within the boutique.
2. Collaborate with area managers to optimize stock level usage.
3. Participate in the development of the purchase plan.
4. Ensure adherence to established procedures for ordering and transfers.
5. Develop and oversee the implementation of the yearly marketing calendar in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
6. Assist the Division Manager in defining the yearly strategic plan and preparing budgets.
7. Engage in strategic meetings with suppliers and regional teams to negotiate commercial conditions.
8. Monitor daily sales against monthly and yearly targets, taking action as necessary.
9. Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, logistics, and merchandising for openings, closings, and renovations.
10. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners to facilitate partnerships.
11. Attend managers' meetings to review shop performance and provide feedback to the Division Manager.
12. Ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained.
13. Manage, engage, and guide the team, setting objectives and budgets and ensuring their accomplishment.
14. Provide coaching and training to team members.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

2. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
3. Proficiency in strategic planning and budget management.
4. Ability to maintain high standards of customer service.
5. Competence in coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar managerial role within the luxury fashion or jewellery sector.
