1. Establish and maintain comprehensive client records.
2. Facilitate communication between management and sales associates.
3. Manage incoming and outgoing requests ensuring compliance.
4. Create reports to capture category clients.
5. Organize and schedule trunk shows, events, and client experiences.
6. Oversee loans, transfers, and cycle counts, maintaining inventory accuracy.
7. Manage reservations, client go bags, and CSR tasks.
8. Support launch preparation by creating look books with SKU, photos, and pricing.
9. Pull reserves from shows with client deposits for sales associates.
10. Take photos of new arrivals and share with the boutique team.
11. Create transfers for incoming and outgoing pieces.
12. Maintain reservation room and salon image adhering to VM guidelines.
13. Ensure 5S standards in the stockroom.
14. Coordinate messenger services for client deliveries and transfers.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

5. Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
6. Flexible schedule including evenings, late nights, and weekends.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.

Salary range of $25 - $30 per hour, plus bonus eligibility.
