- Establish and maintain comprehensive client records.
- Facilitate communication between management and sales associates.
- Manage incoming and outgoing requests ensuring compliance.
- Create reports to capture category clients.
- Organize and schedule trunk shows, events, and client experiences.
- Oversee loans, transfers, and cycle counts, maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Manage reservations, client go bags, and CSR tasks.
- Support launch preparation by creating look books with SKU, photos, and pricing.
- Pull reserves from shows with client deposits for sales associates.
- Take photos of new arrivals and share with the boutique team.
- Create transfers for incoming and outgoing pieces.
- Maintain reservation room and salon image adhering to VM guidelines.
- Ensure 5S standards in the stockroom.
- Coordinate messenger services for client deliveries and transfers.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule including evenings, late nights, and weekends.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
Salary range of $25 - $30 per hour, plus bonus eligibility.
