1. Ensure Back of House organization, including safe management and maintenance of 5S standards.
2. Lead all incoming and outgoing requests while ensuring consolidation compliance.
3. Oversee loans, transfers, and cycle counts monthly, maintaining inventory accuracy.
4. Support Operations teams with reservations, Client Go bags, and CSR tasks.
5. Facilitate communication between Management and sales associates.
6. Support Sales Associates on the floor, focusing on tandem selling.
7. Assist in launch preparation, including photos, styling, and client reservations.
8. Organize events and client experiences in partnership with the Merchandising Team.
9. Take photos of new arrivals and share with the boutique team.
10. Create transfers for incoming and outgoing requested pieces.
11. Maintain the image of the salon according to Visual Merchandising guidelines.
12. Partner with Operations teams for Client deliveries and rush transfers.

1. Jewelry experience preferred
2. Flexible schedule including evenings, late nights, and weekends

5. Quick learning ability

Minimum 3 years

Salary range of $25-$30 per hour, plus bonus eligibility.
