- Assist domain directors with calendar management and expense reporting.
- Organize travel arrangements for directors.
- Manage office supplies and consumables across multiple sites.
- Coordinate requests and needs with General Services.
- Supervise the maintenance and functionality of office sites.
- Communicate effectively with team members.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as General Services, Human Resources, and Internal Communications.
- Develop and implement procedures and tools.
- Organize internal meetings and events.
- Manage community engagement activities.
- Fluency in both English and French, written and spoken.
- Attention to detail and prioritization skills.
- Solution-oriented mindset.
- Creativity and rigor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
