1. Execute the necessary mise en place for the preparation of various desserts and pastries.
2. Assist the Chef de Partie in the creation and elaboration of dishes.
3. Assemble and present prepared dishes with precision.
4. Ensure the freshness and quality of products used.
5. Deliver impeccable service in accordance with restaurant procedures.
6. Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of workspaces and equipment following HACCP standards.
7. Receive goods in compliance with HACCP protocols and company procedures.
8. Coordinate the team, including commis, apprentices, and interns, to ensure quality and efficiency of service.
9. Manage waste sorting and disposal.
10. Organize storage of goods in cold rooms or pantries.
11. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or accident risks to management.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury culinary establishment as a Demi-Chef de Partie.

3. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
4. Dynamic, proactive, and autonomous with a professional presentation.
5. Punctuality and interest in the hospitality and catering sector.
