3. Assemble and plate prepared dishes with precision.
4. Ensure product freshness and quality.
5. Deliver impeccable service in accordance with restaurant procedures.
6. Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of workspaces and equipment following HACCP standards.
7. Receive goods in compliance with HACCP protocols and company procedures.
8. Coordinate team efforts to ensure quality and efficiency of service.
9. Manage waste sorting and disposal.
10. Organize storage of goods in cold rooms or storerooms.
11. Report any safety or accident risks to management.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a luxury culinary establishment as a Demi-Chef de Partie.
