1. Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation and creation of dishes.
2. Ensure impeccable service in accordance with the restaurant's procedures.
3. Participate in the development of dishes based on directives from superiors.
4. Maintain the freshness and quality of products.
5. Engage in culinary production, including reheating and monitoring cooking processes.
6. Assemble and plate dishes.
7. Ensure the maintenance of premises and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
8. Oversee the receipt of goods following HACCP protocols and the company's procedures.
9. Coordinate the work of team members (commis, apprentices, interns) to ensure quality and service efficiency.
10. Manage waste sorting and disposal.
11. Organize storage of goods in cold rooms or storerooms.
12. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or risk of accidents to superiors.

1. Previous experience in a luxury establishment as a Demi Chef de Partie.
