1. Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation and creation of dishes.
2. Ensure impeccable service in accordance with the restaurant's procedures.
3. Participate in the development of dishes following directives from superiors.
4. Maintain the freshness and quality of ingredients.
5. Contribute to culinary production, including reheating and monitoring cooking processes.
6. Assemble and plate dishes with precision.
7. Ensure the maintenance of premises and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
8. Oversee the receipt of goods following HACCP protocols and house procedures.
9. Coordinate the work of team members (commis, apprentices, interns) to ensure quality and service efficiency.
10. Manage waste sorting and disposal.
11. Organize storage of food items in cold rooms or storerooms.
12. Report any safety or accident risks to superiors.

1. Previous experience in a luxury establishment as a Demi-Chef de Partie.
