1. Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation and creation of dishes.
2. Ensure impeccable service according to restaurant procedures.
3. Participate in the development of dishes based on instructions from superiors.
4. Monitor the freshness and quality of products.
5. Engage in culinary production, including reheating and monitoring cooking processes.
6. Assemble and plate dishes.
7. Maintain cleanliness and order of the premises and equipment, adhering to HACCP standards.
8. Receive goods following HACCP protocols and house procedures.
9. Coordinate the work of the team (commis, apprentices, trainees) to ensure quality and smooth service.
10. Ensure waste sorting and disposal.
11. Organize storage of goods in cold rooms or storerooms.
12. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or accident risks to superiors.

1. Previous experience in a luxury establishment as a Demi-Chef de Partie.
