1. Contribute to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives through data analysis, presentation creation, training coordination, and event organization.
2. Assist in managing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs such as Dior Day for Good and Women@Dior, including communication and logistical coordination.
3. Provide administrative support to committees and taskforces focused on DEI, environmental sustainability, and workplace experience.
4. Enhance employee experience through onboarding support, recognition programs, and event coordination.
5. Develop internal HR communications and manage related inboxes.
6. Support employer branding initiatives through content logistics and talent coordination.
7. Create presentations, update documents, and manage communication guidelines and budgets.

1. At least 6 months of relevant experience.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
2. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a complex environment.
3. Initiative and problem-solving skills with strong communication and collaboration abilities.
4. Highly organized with attention to detail.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Beginner
