1. Coordinate the CSC Apps & Services and Data community using existing collaborative tools.
2. Manage communication with regional CSCs, including handling requests, prioritizing tasks, and disseminating newsletters.
3. Participate in Agile ceremonies with business and IT teams.
4. Assist in deployment preparation phases, including scoping and specifying new features.
5. Prepare and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with end users.
6. Brief training teams and ensure project follow-up from operational implementation to issue resolution.
7. Support the Business Analyst in monitoring CSC performance, including KPI analysis by market.
8. Contribute to CSC Business Review preparation through data analysis and presentation support.
9. Assist in the development and automation of dataflows using Dataiku (SQL).

1. Final year student in business school or university (Master's level) specializing in digital project management or data.
2. Strong interest in digital initiatives and early adoption of digital tools.
3. Ability to manage projects with autonomy and proactivity.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Fluency in English is required.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel).
2. Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Power BI, and Dataiku is advantageous.
3. Teamwork and collaboration skills.
4. Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Beginner level experience, suitable for final-year students seeking an internship.
