Christian Dior CRM Specialist

- Maintain and enhance the integrity of the client database by ensuring accurate data entry and merging duplicate entries.
- Update client profiles with qualitative information through cross-referencing with the store's client book, ensuring secure storage.
- Engage directly with clients to gather feedback and enhance customer relations.
- Train and coach store teams on effective customer relationship management, focusing on data capture rates and phoning etiquettes.
- Conduct field coaching by spending significant time on the shop floor to support team development.
- Develop and implement CRM action plans to optimize boutique business, setting objectives, deadlines, and utilizing tools like Bedior.
- Monitor and analyze the outcomes of CRM actions, updating the database accordingly to reflect results.
- Support the sales team in delivering exceptional service to top clients, fostering loyalty and retention.
- Collaborate with partners and intermediaries to develop new client prospects and maximize potential.
- Redistribute inactive clients to the sales team with clear objectives for re-engagement.
- Distribute high-potential prospects to the sales team with targeted goals.
- Maximize the potential of top clients through high-value items, special orders, and pre-selling initiatives.
- Ensure the successful execution of Salon Prive events, maintaining Dior's luxury standards from invitations to completion.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in CRM or client development roles within the luxury retail sector.
- Exceptional organizational and structuring abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Diplomatic and creative in utilizing available resources and tools.
- Hands-on approach with a strong orientation towards the shop floor.
- Excellent communication skills, both individually and collectively.
- Inspirational and respected as a supportive figure within the team.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in CRM or client development roles within the luxury retail sector.
