1. Support the CRM Project Manager in the development and monitoring of various applications and tools using agile methodologies.
2. Serve as the primary contact for developers, collecting business requirements, organizing UX workshops, and drafting specifications.
3. Oversee and challenge development processes.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital, or Commerce (Bac+4/5).
2. Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar internship or apprenticeship, preferably within the luxury or fashion sector.

1. Meticulous and organized with strong initiative.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills and team-oriented.
3. Curious with a strong interest in digitalizing customer experiences.
4. Proficient in professional English.

Entry-level with at least 6 months of relevant internship or apprenticeship experience.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital, or Commerce.
