Christian Dior CRM Manager

- Develop and implement a customer-centric culture across various business areas, ensuring effective localization and execution of CRM strategies.
- Generate valuable client insights through in-depth analysis, identifying key trends and behaviors to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead analysis projects to uncover client preferences, developing targeted marketing strategies for various marketing events.
- Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to provide actionable insights and strengthen data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee call campaigns to engage clients, gather feedback, and promote brand loyalty in collaboration with internal counterparts.
- Create client KPI forecasts based on global and local strategies, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Support strategic vision by training and coaching boutiques on client relations and strategic clienteling activities.
- Provide targeted clienteling resources to boutiques, ensuring business generation and client development.
- Foster a clienteling culture within the Client Development Community and in-store CRM teams.
- Collaborate with the training team to enhance clienteling levels through training and on-site support.
- Define and execute a gifting strategy, managing the budget and tracking ROI for gifting and printed materials.
- Collaborate with the Client Service Center on local activities, including call campaigns and client inquiries.
- University graduate degree
- Proactive communication with related functions, especially with boutiques and the Paris team.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to deliver insightful ideas and draw findings from figures.
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Excel, Access, Tableau, D-Qlik, Power BI.
- Dedication to developing expertise in the premium lifestyle brands environment.
- Excellent collaboration skills.
- Experience with online CRM and E-Clienteling is a plus.
- Japanese: Native level proficiency.
- English: Business level proficiency, desirably TOEIC 750+.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Client Development, Client Relationship, and/or CRM Analytics.
University graduate degree
